These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Pipeline Bouncer (the "App"), provided by Gold Robot LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing Pipeline Bouncer through the HubSpot Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service

Pipeline Bouncer is a HubSpot marketplace application that enforces required deal field rules on your HubSpot pipelines. The App monitors deal stage changes via HubSpot webhooks and automatically reverts deals to their previous stage when required fields are missing.

3. Subscription and Billing

Pipeline Bouncer is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as listed on the HubSpot Marketplace at the time of purchase. Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year at a discounted rate. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

4. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems, or use the App to violate HubSpot's Terms of Service.

6. HubSpot Dependency

Pipeline Bouncer is built on and requires a valid HubSpot account. We are not affiliated with HubSpot, Inc. and are not responsible for any changes HubSpot makes to its platform, APIs, or policies that may affect the App's functionality. In the event HubSpot changes its platform in a way that affects the App, we will make reasonable efforts to update the App accordingly.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gold Robot LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data or deals resulting from the App's enforcement actions, temporary unavailability of the App, inaccurate enforcement due to misconfiguration by the user, or any issues arising from changes to the HubSpot platform. The App's enforcement mechanism is reactive, not preventative. Deals may briefly appear in an incorrect stage before being reverted. This is a known platform limitation and does not constitute a defect. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gold Robot LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your subscription at any time by uninstalling the App from your HubSpot account. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees.

11. Data Deletion

Upon termination or uninstallation of the App, all your data stored by Pipeline Bouncer including OAuth tokens and pipeline configuration will be permanently deleted within 24 hours.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Gold Robot LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
