This Privacy Policy describes how Gold Robot LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Pipeline Bouncer (the "App"), a HubSpot marketplace application.

1. Information We Collect

When you install Pipeline Bouncer, we collect and store the following information:

- HubSpot Portal ID: used to identify your HubSpot account and associate your configuration with your portal.
- OAuth Access and Refresh Tokens: used to authenticate API requests to HubSpot on your behalf. Tokens are stored securely and never shared with third parties.
- Pipeline Configuration Data: the required field rules you configure within the App (which deal properties are required for which pipeline stages). This data is stored securely and is only accessible to users within your HubSpot portal.

We do not collect or store:
- Personal information about your HubSpot contacts, leads, or customers
- Deal data beyond what is needed to validate field requirements at the time of a stage change
- Payment information of any kind

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to authenticate API requests to HubSpot on your behalf, enforce your configured required field rules on deal stage changes, display pipeline and deal information within the Pipeline Bouncer CRM card and settings page, and maintain and improve the App.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Upstash Redis, a managed cloud database service. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS. OAuth tokens are stored with automatic expiry and refreshed as needed. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties, advertisers, or analytics services.

4. Data Retention

We retain your portal configuration data for as long as your App installation is active. When you uninstall Pipeline Bouncer, all associated data including OAuth tokens and pipeline configuration is permanently deleted from our systems within 24 hours.

5. HubSpot Data Access

Pipeline Bouncer accesses the following HubSpot data: deal records to read and update deal stage and property values, deal properties to read property definitions and validate field values, pipelines to read pipeline and stage structure, and owners to populate owner selection fields in the App. We access only the minimum data necessary to provide the App's functionality. We do not access contacts, companies, tickets, or any other HubSpot objects.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by uninstalling Pipeline Bouncer from your HubSpot account or by contacting us at support@goldrobot.dev. We will permanently delete all associated data within 24 hours of your request.

7. Children's Privacy

Pipeline Bouncer is a business application not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
