## Requirements

Before continuing ensure that you have a HubSpot account. It will be needed to use this theme. If not, you can create an account by clicking the link below.

## Installing

You can either install your theme from HubSpot Asset Marketplace or a .zip file.

### From HubSpot Asset Marketplace

If you're installing the theme from HubSpot Asset Marketplace, just click the Buy Now button on theme page and then follow the instructions.

### From .zip file

If you have a .zip file of your HubSpot CMS theme, please follow the steps below to install it onto your account:

1. Login to your HubSpot account.
2. On the top right, click in to **Settings** (gear icon).
3. Click **Tools > Website > Themes** from the left sidebar.
4. You'll see the **Upload Theme** button at the top right corner of the screen. Click it and then choose the zip file you've got.

If you completed the steps successfully, you should see the **Gizmo Free** theme in your HubSpot portal.

## FAQs

**Why are my theme changes not taking effect?**

Some of the theme options can be overridden at the page level. This is done on purpose to give you more flexibility and customization options! If you prefer having the theme control all design options, then  you'll want to make sure that you don't have any options set on the page or module level (font color, font size, font family, background colors, etc.).

**Do I need a HubSpot account to use this theme?**

Yes! This software is built specifically for HubSpot and its users to further customize their website. The good news is that you can get started for free. If you are interested in using HubSpot then feel free to[click here to learn more](https://www.hubspot.com/why-choose-hubspot).

**What type of businesses can benefit from using this theme?**

Any small business that uses HubSpot! This was built with e-commerce in mind, but it offers enough customization choices that it can be fit for any type of business.
